Welcome to Rsaltek ("we," "our," or "us"). By registering, accessing, or using our website, portal dashboard, or WooCommerce integration plugin (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Account & Domain Authorization

To utilize our notification pipeline, you must register an account and generate an API key. You are solely responsible for protecting your account credentials and API keys. Each API key is explicitly bound to authorized store domains verified through our verification gateway.

2. Description of Service

Rsaltek provides automated order status notifications and WhatsApp messaging gateway integrations for e-commerce platforms. The service facilitates transactional messaging based on real-time order status updates triggered by your store.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Rsaltek to:

• Send unsolicited marketing messages (spam) or communications without explicit customer consent.
• Violate Meta’s WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy or regional telecommunication laws.
• Transmit illegal, fraudulent, or harmful content.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, probe, or disrupt our backend infrastructure (`app.rsaltek.com`).

4. Service Availability & Limits

While we aim for maximum service uptime, delivery times and API availability may be impacted by scheduled system maintenance, internet routing issues, or third-party provider outages (including Meta/WhatsApp infrastructure).

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or revoke API key access for any account or domain that breaches these terms or engages in platform abuse.
